The price is the best
the quality of the room is in line with the price
Looks little bit old
Housekeeping staff, girls and guys, everyone so lovely.
This hotel was perfect base for exploring Orlando, greatly enjoyed it.
I just needed a cheap place to stay one night. This fit the bill.
Cheaper than most hotels around.
The cockroaches, and hard beds.
I had stayed here previously and thought it was an ok hotel. This time however I was disappointed. A maid came in took my son's jeans and left her own in their place shocking did anyone apologize, do anything no. Also found several cockroaches, when reported a guy came up and sprayed something in several corners of the room and left. Room smelt of damp, one bed was made one day the other was left. The carpet was never vacuumed the whole week we were there.
This time round not sure there was
Pool over chlorinated, cockroaches, staff stole clothes, reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Very disappointed this time round.
Close to many stores and restaurants Easy to get Uber Close to universal studios and Disney
Good atention. Rooms ok. Problems with the insects.
Good atention. The rooms are confortables. Excellent location.
Insects in the bathroom (cockroaches).
Extremely close to Wet n Wild which is the main reason we picked the hotel. It was very clean, parking was abundant and we liked the pool area. Dining right next door was very convenient although we forgot to use our discount card. My son loved the game room.Internet access a major plus. Had a few issues but overall I would stay here again mainly for cleanliness, price and convenience.
The staff at the front desk were okay but made no attempt at conversation or in welcome. They couldn't find my reservation at first but didn't attempt to offer any type of explanation or plan of action. Just silence. Leaving was the same, asked for my room number then handed me a bit of paper saying all paid and that was the extent of the conversation. Was a little disapointed. Between the dehumidifier and the ac running on and off throughout our stay the room was extremely noisy especially at night. The curtains also don't block out the light - I had a baby with me so it made nap times hard. Where there are entrances into the hotel they need ramps for people with strollers, wheeled luggage or wheelchairs to get up onto the sidewalks.
The location was ideal.
There was an issue on arrival regarding the total of the bill..to which I argued with 2 members of staff as they were charging tax on tax! I refused to pay this and asked to speak to the manager at which point they rang him/her but they didnt want to appear down and clear up the issue! So I ended up paying just what was on the invoice. It did leave me annoyed as to the way staff handled the issue...
We liked the fact that it was possible to walk to universal orlando and catch the ihop or organised shuttle to the other paeks easily
Decor needs updating and some of the equipment in the gym was not working. Also there were no matresses on the sunbeds at the pool area
It is near lots of restaurants and attractions within disney area. Wet n wild is acrross the street and the restaurant connected with the hotel is very good.
In some parts of the hotel there was a roach spray odor
Good location for universal 20minute walk.
No non-smoking rooms. I guess for some this is not a bad thing.. But it would be nice to see that my money will pay for what I want just like the next person.
Great location, near Wet`n Wild park, Universal Studio
Old hotel, strange smell, not very clean rooms, hotel staff rude.
